1. How can I apply for a particular Recruitment?
An applicant who fulfils the eligibility conditions prescribed in the notification/advertisement/Rules can submit his application through online mode only. No other means/mode of submitting application will be accepted or entertained. An applicant can check his eligibility for a particular post from the detailed advertisement as available on http://www.highcourtchd.gov.in and http://www.recruitmenthighcourtchd.com
2. How do I access the site to fill up the online application?
An applicant should log on to http://www.recruitmenthighcourtchd.com to access the home page of the online application.
3. When can I submit online application for a particular Recruitment?
The complete and detailed information is published on High Court's website http://www.highcourtchd.gov.in and on http://www.recruitmenthighcourtchd.com for filling the online application for a particular notified exam
4. Are there any detailed instructions to guide an applicant for submitting an online application?
Yes, an applicant can refer to the Advertisement and "HOW TO APPLY" instructions, which are available on the website http://www.recruitmenthighcourtchd.com for filling up the online application
5. What should I do, if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?
The delay in accessing the Page depends upon various factors like Internet Speed, large number of applicants trying to register the application at the same time etc. Therefore if you are not able to get the page for registration promptly, please re-try after some time or during off-peak hours.
6. What information/ details /items are required while filling the on-line application form?
Registration Process is divided in to two parts:-
I. Registration Step- I
II. Registration Step- II
In Step- I applicant is required to fill the Personal details i.e. Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Category, Address, Mobile no and Email-ID etc. In Step- II applicant is required to fill the bank details, upload his/her photograph, signature and other requisite details.
Pre-Requisites for Step- I:
Candidates are required to have a valid personal active E-mail ID as all the information regarding recruitment will be sent on their recorded E-mail ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal E-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new E-mail ID before applying online and must maintain that email account, till the conclusion of process.
Pre-Requisites for Step- II:
Before proceeding to Step II, applicant must ensure that he/she has a scanned image files of his/her latest passport size coloured PHOTOGRAPH (Size 100 X 120 pixels) & SIGNATURE (Size 160 X 70 pixels) with clear background in PC/Pendrive/other soft media and application fee remittance/deposit details (Transaction details such as Unique Transaction No. /Journal No., Branch Name and Code etc.) for immediate uploading it to the website along-with application data.
7. Is it necessary to fill up the details related to phone No. /Mobile No. /Email?
At present mobile number and E-mail are mandatory to be filled in by the candidate. Applicants are required to have a valid personal active E-mail ID as all the information regarding recruitment process will be sent on their recorded E-Mail ID throughout the process. In case an applicant does not have a valid personal E-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new E-mail ID before applying online and must maintain that E-mail account, throughout the selection process. Applicants must give a valid Mobile number, as all the SMSs during the process will be sent on that number. Applicants are advised not to give mobile number of unknown person/stranger to avoid any future complication. Central Recruitment Agency shall not be responsible in any manner for non delivery of SMS at any stage either due to switching off of mobile phone or if the same is out of coverage area or is out of order due to some technical fault on the part of candidate or its service provider. It shall be responsibility of the candidate to update himself/her self by visiting the website of Central Recruitment Agency and by checking his/her email Account/SMS regularly for important notifications.
8. What is the last date for Registration Step-I and Step-II for the post of Clerk/ Stenographer Grade III/ Driver in the Subordinate Courts of Haryana?
Candidate can apply online from : 06.04.2015
Last date/time for Registration Step I : 26.04.2015 till 11:59 P.M.
Last date for receipt of application fee: 29.04.2015 (within Banking Hours)
Last date/time for Registration Step II: 02.05.2015 till 11:59 P.M..
Last date for editing of applications : 02.05.2015 till 11:59 P.M.
Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply online much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date for depositing the fee to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to log on the website on account of heavy load on internet/website jam.
9. How do I move to the next page when columns on one page have been completely filled?
An applicant should click on the "Lock and Submit" button at the bottom of the page to move to the next page.
10. What is the procedure to pay the fee for the Recruitment?
At present, there is only one option for a candidate to pay fee; Offline Payment mode, strictly in State Bank of India i.e. only through cash under screen 8888(Fee Type-21). No other means/mode of payment of fee is admissible.
11. I have taken the print of pay-in-slip by clicking on the "Print" option. I have to deposit the cash in a branch of SBI through this Pay-in-slip. How will I re-enter/re-login the system to submit my bank details of the fee if I log out of the system now?
An applicant, after having obtained the Transaction/Journal number, should re-login by making use of the Registration ID and password. In normal circumstances, Fee Payment details will be auto generated otherwise these details are to be filled manually by candidate. In case, a candidate fills wrong Journal number or Journal number of another candidate while completing Registration Step II, his/her application will be rejected and legal action may be initiated as per penal provisions of law. Thereafter enter the relevant particulars in the remaining columns.
12. Is there any other form/challan to pay fee by cash apart from the pay-in-slip?
No. An applicant must make use of the pay-in-slip generated by the system. The Bank will not accept the fee (in cash) by any form or challan
13. In which format the scanned photograph and signature should be?
The images of the photograph and signature should be scanned in any of the above format jpg/jpeg format.
14. Whether the photograph should be in Black & white or should it be in a colour?
Only latest passport size coloured PHOTOGRAPH (Size 100 X 120 pixels) & SIGNATURE (Size 160 X 70 pixels) with clear background and quality of photograph is good enough to be identifiable and acceptable.
15. What should be the size of the scanned photograph and the signature?
The candidate should scan his/her signature which has been put on white paper with black/blue ink pen. Each of the scanned images of the photograph/signature should not exceed 100 KB in size (for photograph (100x 120 pixels), and signature it should be (160x 70 pixels)) and also to be ensured that the uploaded photograph/signature are proper and of good quality.
16. If the Photograph is not of the given pixel size, then how to convert it?
Use any free image editing software such as MS-Paint or Irfanview. To delete the unnecessary print area, use the CROP option after selecting the Image. To resize to proper size use the resize option.
17. If the Photograph is not in the desired format, then how to convert it?
If the image is in other format, then open the photo in Ms-Paint or Irfanview and click save as option to save it in the desired format (.jpg).
18. How do I resize my photograph to 100 x 120 pixels?
For Users using Windows 7
i) Open your photograph with Ms Paint.
ii) Select the resize option.
iii) Resize window will open by the system automatically when resize option is selected.
iv) click on the pixels option.
v) Click on maintain apect ratio to uncheck this option.
vi) Set the horizontal value to 100 and vertical value to 120 then press ok.
vii) Save your photograph as jpg file.

For Users using Windows 98,2000,xp,vista, atom etc.
i) Open the website http://www.resize.it
ii) Select "Advanced Photo Tools" option.
iii)Browse your photograph you would like to resize.
iv) Set the image height to 120 pixels.
v) Set the image width to 100 pixels.
vi) Set the crop box height to 120 pixels and width 100 pixels
vii)Then click on the "Okay" button. New window will be opened automatically.
viii) Click on the "Crop it" button.
ix) You can now right click on the image with your mouse and select "save picture as....."
Warning: The candidate may use any of the above mentioned methods to resize the photograph or may use any other method for resizing an image whereas the candidate is responsible for any failure in resizing the image as per the given criteria.
18.. How do I resize my signature to 160 x 70 pixels?
For Users using Windows 7
i) Open your signature with Ms Paint.
ii) Select the resize option.
iii) Resize window will open by the system automatically when resize option is selected.
iv) click on the pixels option.
v) Click on maintain apect ratio to uncheck this option.
vi) Set the horizontal value to 160 and vertical value to 70 then press ok.
vii) Save your signature as jpg file.
For Users using Windows 98,2000,xp,vista, atom etc.
i) Open the website http://www.resize.it
ii) Select "Advanced Photo Tools" option.
iii)Browse your signature you would like to resize.
iv) Set the image height to 70 pixels.
v) Set the image width to 160 pixels.
vi) Set the crop box height to 70 pixels and width 160 pixels
vii)Then click on the "Okay" button. New window will be opened automatically.
viii) Click on the "Crop it" button.

19. How do I upload my signatures/photograph?
After clicking the browse button in the form of registration Step- II, system will ask to choose/select the desired location of photograph/signature to upload. Select the photograph/signature and upload.
20. My photograph and signature as I loaded on the site are not appearing properly. What should I do?
After uploading photograph/signature a preview of the uploaded images will be shown. If, the applicant is satisfied with the uploaded images he may click on ‘Submit’ button. In case the applicant is not satisfied with the uploaded images, he may again click on the Browse Photograph or Browse Signature button. The uploaded photograph/ signature can again be viewed by clicking on the Upload button. The process can be repeated till satisfaction. The Candidates may please note that if the quality of photograph/signature is poor, the application is liable to be rejected. It is sole responsibility of candidates that their photograph and signatures are uploaded properly
21. Is it necessary to fill up both the parts of Online registration i.e. Step- I and Step- II?
Yes, it is necessary to fill up both the parts of Online registration.
22. I have filled up only online registration Step- I. Will my registration be rejected or not?
Yes, the registration will be rejected because online registration Step- II is not completed.
23. Can I first upload the photograph/Signature thereafter fill up the registration Step- I?
No, an applicant is required to first complete registration Step- I and thereafter to deposit requisite fee in the State Bank of India only and thereafter, to complete the registration Step- II.
24. I have successfully submitted the online application, should I send the print outs of the application to the Central Recruitment Agency of Punjab and Haryana High Court by post?
Once an applicant has successfully submitted the application through online, the same gets registered with the Central Recruitment Agency of Punjab and Haryana High Court and the applicant (except Govt. Employee) is not required to send a hard copy of the print out of his/her application to the Central Recruitment Agency of Punjab and Haryana High Court. However, it is strongly advised that the applicant keeps a hard copy of his /her application for his/her own record and future communication, if any.
25. After completion of Step-I, I have deposited the fee in the Bank and completed the registration Step-II. Does it mean that my application has been accepted being eligible?
No, Acceptance of Application of a Candidate is subject to fulfillment of criteria of Advertisement. Eligibility is not determined by the online Recruitment process but it is determined as per the conditions as stated in advertisement.
26. I am filling up the various steps in the application and the process of filling up the form is yet to be completed. I want to change the filled up information in one/many columns. How should I do this? Or I filled my form and completed the form. I have made some errors. What should I do to remove these errors?
1) Before submitting the application
During the filling up of online form, candidate can edit/correct the information as many times he/she wishes to. It is strongly advised that candidate must click on the ‘Lock & Submit’ button only after verifying that all the information filled is correct
2) After submission of application
Once an application has been submitted successfully, the same can be corrected/edited only once uptil the last date of registration Step II. Thereafter, he will not be having the option to edit data again. To edit/change the details, click ‘Login’ tab and enter Registration Id and Password and submit. Thereafter, profile page of application will be displayed. In the end of page, there will be two buttons namely ‘Print’ and ‘Edit’. By clicking on ‘Edit’ Button, applicant can edit the details for once.
Editable fields are: - Father’s name, Gender, Marital Status, computer proficiency, criminal proceedings, fee details (if not reconciled), Address (Correspondence or Permanent), Qualification details. Non Editable Fields are:- Name, Category, Date of Birth
27. How do I know that my application is registered? OR How do I reconfirm that my application is saved and is received in the Central Recruitment Agency of the High Court?
You will be informed through SMS and Email-ID after completion of both steps of registration.
28. Whether I will receive the SMS and E-mail intimation for registration of my application?
Yes, you will receive SMS and information by E-mail about different steps of the registration i.e.
1. On the successful completion of Registration Step I, you will receive your registration ID and Password.
2. On completion of Step- II of registration process, after submission of your form.
3. After uploading of admit cards/roll numbers on the website.
4. About the declaration of result.
5. Any other important information/intimation to be given by the Central Recruitment Agency, Punjab and Haryana High Court to the candidates.
29. I got Blank / Zero registration number after submission of application on-line?
This may mean that the application has not been submitted successfully and you are required to apply afresh.
30. After filling up the complete form, I got Blank Screen / Internet got disconnected / My PC closed / hanged / shutdown. Is my application saved / registered?
You can fill different steps of registration in multiple sitting. In that case the step you are currently working will not be saved. You are requested to press 'Submit' button after completing each Registration step.
31. What details should I retain after completion of successful submission of my form?
It is strongly advised that after the completion of the process of submission of the online application, the applicant must take a print out of the submitted application form and keep the same for future reference. The candidate is also advised to keep his fee payment proof and three copies of uploaded photograph which might be required by the Central Recruitment Agency, Punjab and Haryana High Court in case of any discrepancy.
32. What details should I provide to make correspondence?
In case of correspondence , an applicant must mention these details -Name of post for which he applied, Advertisement number, registration id, Applicant's name, father's name, date of birth and the Password generated by Central Recruitment Agency, Punjab and Haryana High Court.
